The oxygen requirement calculator is supplied as part of the PowerCalc Cyclists Power Calculator

Estimates of the total volume of oxygen consumed by the rider are calculated from the riders effort (watts), weight (kg), and if the Berry equation is used, pedaling rate or cadence (rpm). Four different methods of calculation can be used. These are the Latin Equation, the Berry Equation, The ASCM Cycle Equation, and The ASCM Arm Ergometer Equation.:
