Here is how South Gloucestershire Council are enhancing the environment. How? By building a new eco friendly ring road through the middle of the Sustrans flagship cycle path. Apparently the new road is so popular that South Gloucestershire Council feel the need to employ Alstian dogs to protect the road works from bands of marauding cyclists.
