South Gloucestershire Council's Cycle Path Widening Scheme?

Some people might be tempted to think that South Gloucestershire Council are generously widening the Bristol - Bath Railway Path, in order to make more room for bikes. This is not the case - The area of mud will become a kind of linear car park, and cyclists will be forced to ride beneath the power cables, where they will be "unaffected" by the fumes and magnetic field.
