A free javascript noughts and crosses program by Jones the programmer. Some people also call this game tic-tac-toe or OXO. Some say its totally pointless so I also added in a 'bicycles and traffic cones' option because I have never seen a pointless traffic cone.

You can't play noughts and crosses,tic tac toe, OXO, or bicycles and traffic cones because javascript isn't enabled!

For those who are unfamiliar with noughts and crosses: It is a game for two players where player 1 puts noughts (or traffic cones) into the grid and player 2 is crosses (or bicycles). The object is to get a line or peloton and to prevent your opponent from getting a line or peloton. Lines (pelotons) can be diagonal, horizontal, or vertical.

In this version of the game you are always noughts or traffic cones, and I am the always crosses or bicycles. Why? Because its my game that's why! But you can choose to go first or second. Theoretically you have a better chance of winning if you go first. But in practice no matter how well you play the best you can hope for is a draw because I never ever loose at this! If you are playing the game in bikes and cones mode the winning peloton should allways be bicycles and NEVER cones - Who ever heard of a peloton of traffic cones?
