MACHINEHEAD SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS provides this software and licences its use; you
assume responsibility for the selection of the software to achieve your intended results, and
for the installation, use, and results obtained from the software.
Warranty
This software is distributed as is without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied,
including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose. Neither Nigel Jones nor Machinehead Software assume any liability for
any alleged or actual damages arising from the use of any of these products.
License
YOU MAY Make as many copies of the demonstration versions of the software as you wish and give them to anyone you want and they will be subject to the same terms and conditions
YOU MAY NOT modify, distribute (for commercial gain), reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works of, or transfer the software, or any copy, in whole or in part, except as expressly provided for in this licence.
Term
The licence is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the
software together with all copies in any form. It will also terminate upon conditions set forth
elsewhere in the agreement or if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this
agreement. You agree upon such termination to destroy the software with all copies in any
form.
General
You may not sublicense, assign, or transfer the license or the software except as expressly
provided for in this agreement. Any attempt to otherwise sublicense, assign, or transfer any
of the rights, duties, or obligations hereunder is void.
You acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You further agree that it is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between us that supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this agreement. Machinehead software only grants the use of this software by means of this agreement. Machinehead software specifically retains ownership of the software.
