The protein requirement calculator is supplied as part of the PowerCalc Cyclists Power Calculator

Daily protein requirement calculator Estimates may be based on either your current or ideal body weight.
Three different ranges of protein requirement are given. These are for 'normal healthy adults' (i.e. a minimum amount to sustain life), Endurance Atheletes, and Sprinters or body builders respectively. Just change the value (in pounds or kilogrammes) for the weight of the athelete to calculate a new set of daily protein requirements.
